We are currently on a lookout for Custom Clearing Executives for our overseas operations. We’re looking for motivated professionals with 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 6 𝐭𝐨 8 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬 .
Applicants must be well-versed in CBP (Customs and Border Protection) clearance procedures and manifestation norms, with a solid understanding of compliance standards for the U.S. market.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Manage full-cycle documentation for U.S. import shipments
Coordinate and file ISF (Importer Security Filing) entries accurately
Classify products using appropriate HTS codes
Ensure ISF entries match the Bill of Lading (BL)
Differentiate and comply with ISF 5 and ISF 10 filing requirements
Prepare and manage Bond and Power of Attorney (POA) documents
Track and update shipment status on internal systems
Communicate with Steamship Lines (SSL) and CBP for issue resolution
Address client inquiries and resolve service-related concerns professionally
