Responsibilities
- Preparing and baking a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Developing new recipes and creating new menu items.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Managing the pastry section, including inventory and supplies.
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen and staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- You must have at least 2+ years of experience as a pastry chef.
