The Services Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The main responsibility is to lead the hospital’s support services departments, which include housekeeping, food services, maintenance, and security.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Developing policies and procedures for non-clinical support services.

  • Managing the budget and ensuring cost-effective operations for these departments.

  • Providing leadership and supervision to the support services staff.

  • Resolving operational issues and collaborating with other departments.

  • Ensuring a patient-focused approach in service delivery.

  • Promoting a harmonious and high-quality work environment.

  • Managing compliance, infection prevention, and waste control.

  • Ensuring best practices are followed across all service departments.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of operations within the health or hospitality industry.

  • A degree in health services management, business management, or hospitality management.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability and experience to manage successful organizational change.
