Gul Ahmed Energy Group is looking for an experienced and strategic Legal Manager to lead our legal function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and oversee all contracts, agreements, notices, and petitions.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, regulatory, labor, and compliance matters.
- Liaise and negotiate with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
- Identify legal risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Support business planning by ensuring compliance across all project phases.
- Establish legal research functions for risk assessment.
- Draft legal opinions, notices, and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
LLB or LLM degree
Minimum 8 years of experience (at least 4 in corporate legal work)
Strong command of corporate law, compliance, labor law & dispute resolution
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and professional confidentiality
