Job Openings: Project Management Unit for WASA Punjab
The Government of Punjab is establishing a Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Punjab Development Program, in collaboration with WASA (Water and Sanitation Agency). The project aims to improve and manage urban infrastructure, including sewerage and stormwater drainage systems. They are currently seeking qualified professionals for the following contractual positions.
Key Positions and Requirements
The advertised roles range from senior management to support staff. Here are a few of the key positions and their requirements:
Project Director (PPS-11): Requires a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering with at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in project management. The maximum age limit is 65 years.
Manager Finance & Admin (PPS-09): You’ll need an M.A./M.Sc. in Business Administration or Accounts/Finance with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The maximum age limit is 55 years.
IT Expert (PPS-08): Candidates should have an M.Sc. in Information Technology or Computer Science/Software Development from an HEC-recognized institution. Three years of post-qualification experience is a must, with a maximum age of 40.
Junior Engineer (PPS-07): Requires a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
Computer Operator (PPS-05): You need a Master’s degree in IT skills (MS Office, etc.) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. The maximum age is 40.
