Key Qualifications and Attributes
✓ Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics or equivalent
✓ Master’s in Mechatronics, AI, or related field is an added advantage
✓ 3–5 years’ experience in Solar Thermal systems, lithium batteries, and inverters
✓ Ability to work independently and think strategically
✓ High integrity and strong professional ethics
✓ Proficient in oral and written communication
✓ Able to read and interpret Chinese technical documents
✓ Strong understanding of solar systems (hardware & software)
✓ Skilled in installation, diagnostics, repairs, and component replacement
